PayPal story - Appendix 1
I thought that PayPal could not surprise me anymore and I was wrong. As I described at the PayPal policy - you are guilty until proven innocent - is not acceptable by BrainKing any longer article, that hypocritical company (or should I say bunch of bureaucrats?) blocked by account for a couple of ridiculous reasons and put me to an unpleasant situation to find a new way to accept membership payments quickly, without a chance to do anything about it. Fortunately, the solution had been found and we do not need PayPal anymore. However, their email robots keep us amused even 6 months later.
This is what I received yesterday:
Your account has been limited for more than 180 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds.
Ha ha. That's cute, isn't it? In other words, if your account is "limited" (and it is PayPal and only PayPal who decides about it, so it can happen anytime to anybody), you will not get access to your funds for 6 months and after that, PayPal kindly allows you to withdraw them (after they collect the interest from a bank). Well, even thieves and cheaters must live on something, huh? Luckily, I had cleared by PayPal account a long time ago, so now my balance is just 2.55 Euro, but the web is full of complaints from people who could not get to amounts of ten thousands or even more. Right, what else could one expect from a company which is not a bank, thus not regulated by any authority?
I would like to add that even now, after 6 months, they still do not allow me to close my account or at least delete my credit card numbers. Their slogan says "The safer, easier way to get paid" and it is nothing but an enormous lie.

Speaking personally I have never ever had a problem with paypal in nearly 500 transactions. I will not be renewing my brain rook membership now which means I have resigned all my tournament games.

Nearly 500 transactions? May I ask how many of them did you make as a merchant, offering items at your website, please?

I was buying and selling on ebay. I had to remove 1 item which violated the selling policy. I too had a problem with paypal over creditcard details which I sorted with 2 phone calls.

Who are you to call other business sites thieves and cheaters, you who gladly take peoples money and then doesnt give them what they are paying for. And its YOU who decides if anyone gets a refund...has it ever happened, i doubt.

Nope..no whining...we had an agreement that you should add autopass if i bought 2 black rooks. You added something that even your "allieds" are laughing at. When i told you my opinion about your business strategy ("i prefer having 50% unhappy customers") then you banned me from discussionsboards (which i have paid for).

Yes, I was correct. Still the same whining. 
In fact, many people don't understand why I still communicate with you. They usually suggest to ignore all your spam and concentrate to a normal work, and I guess they are right. Just once more for you, my simple friend:
1) We have autopass and if you don't like it, it's your problem, not mine.
2) You were banned because you are a cheeky and low spammer who thinks that site rules don't apply to him. This is what happens to everyone who continuously break the rules, no matter what level of membership he has.
3) It seems that you never read what you paid for. Your fault. The web is full of "victims" of this kind - please join their community and redirect your complaints there. I am sure you will find many admirers.
It is obvious that you never tried to achieve anything what would be worth mentioning (or tried and failed?) because your naive comments and attacks perfectly matches that sort of people and their expressions. If you cannot help yourself, then please continue and post more nonsense - at least people would find out what kind of selfish loser you are.
