The fact is, there's nothing in the BugTracker or in the PostNewBug page asking people to post bugs in one of the languages understood by the administrators or to redirect them to the discussion boards.
Adding such a text might help you a lot. You can also ask one of the translators to help you out, these events are rare, so I think they wouldn't mind... in the meantime you can post a standard message in the poster's original language (recognizing a language isn't that hard) asking him/her if (s)he can repost the text in english... again, you can ask the translators to write you such a note... whoo...I don't envy you the task of trying to understand those translated bugs...I know from my many years in tech support that with some people it can be difficult enough to get a clear understanding of the problem when there is no language barrier; imagine adding a degree of separation to that, so that the person experiencing the bug has to explain it to a second person who will translate the bug, and then re-explain it to you. The possibilities for misunderstanding increase exponentially!
This is not to say there will be misunderstanding, of course...just that if there is, it's likely to be much greater than if the person experiencing the bug was reporting it direct to the person whose job it is to fix the bug. Comment (1)
I was thinking along the same lines as pauloaguia. If someone translates the message into English and posts the translation as a comment, not only would that be useful to Fencer but to others who may experience the same problem.
